Limitation of Liability
Imagineverse Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”) is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive—arising from the use or inability to use the Homosapiens app. Users access and use the app at their own risk.
Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All user-submitted content (images, memes, reviews, etc.) remains the property of the original user.
By uploading content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote the content.
Unauthorized use of platform material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for their content.
